What is a ticketing system?
In customer service, a ticketing system or support ticket system takes incoming customer requests for support and automatically generates a customer service ticket.
How to plug in your ticketing system to Slaask:
- Sign in at slaask.com.
- Select “Personalization” on the left-side panel.
- Click “Customize”, then select the tab “Offline”.
- Fill in the field, “Which email address should Slaask send your messages to when your livechat is offline? (It can be a ticketing system email address)” with the email address of your choice.
How it works after plugging in my ticketing system to Slaask:
With Slaask, while your live chat is offline, a message will be displayed that asks for your customer's requests. Once your leads and customers fill in the field and click “Send email”, requests will automatically be sent to your ticketing system and this will automatically populate some tickets.
