Reviewing all conversations with your leads and customers from your Slaask account:
- Sign in at slaask.com.
- Select “Conversations” on the left panel.
- Click “Filters,” located beyond the column “Name” on the left to filter which kind of conversations you would like to check (Answered/Not answered, Opened/Closed, Tech/Non-tech.).
- The conversation list is ordered from newest to oldest. Find the conversation you want to review, then click on “Show” in the same row.
- On this page, you will see “Visitor information” on the left side and “Conversation history” on the right side.
