Our goal here was to offer the most coherent pricing model in the world for our customers, and we feel that we have succeeded in doing just that.
To achieve this, we set out to define the best pricing vision for Slaask by giving our customers the chance to tell us what they wanted: SMBs and large enterprises gave us their feedback, and on the basis of this, with the very best vision in mind, we made it happen.
With our current pricing system, we are skirting all industry standards, and, as usual, we are opting not to follow anyone else's lead, but to innovate our own path. That's the way like it!
As for the price itself, when you sign up, you have the choice of either using our product for free for 14 days and/or you can use our product for free for life at a 60-conversations-per-year threshold (5 conversations per month max).
Beyond the thresholds of our amazing free plans, you must choose an appropriate paid plan based on a single criterion:
- the number of Slaask conversations you have each month.
As an example, our $49 plan gives you access to 60 conversations per month, which corresponds to 720 conversations per year! This is an amazing value for early stage startups.
Secondly, as you can see on our pricing page, you can also choose a paid plan with other considerations in mind. Depending on your unique situation, you could look to get:
- A service-level agreement (SLA).
- Unlimited live support.
- Full analytics.
- Full customer intelligence.
- Full white-labelling.
- Unlimited websites.
Note: The more conversations you have, the lower the price per conversation.
Once you reach your plan's quota, you'll be automatically upgraded to the next plan.
If you prefer, you can disable auto-upgrade upon reaching your quota, but if you choose to do this please keep in mind that your risk the event of a service disruption. This disruption will occur immediately as soon as your quota has been reached. In other words, all communication taking place via your Slaask will be suspended.
