What is a tag?
A tag is a label attached to the conversations you had with your leads and customers for the purpose of identification or to give any other information.
Why should I use tags?
You can use a tag to categorize your conversations according to one or many topics.
Thereafter, you will be able to categorize conversations and summarize how many conversations you had for each tag to enhance your knowledge about your customers’ needs. (You can check the conversations for each tag in your Slaask account -> Conversations -> Filters.)
How to add a tag to a conversation?
There are 3 ways to add a tag to a conversation:
- To add a tag during a conversation with your lead or customer: Type !tag [message you want to add to this conversation]
- To add an existing tag to a conversation: Type /slaask, select a tag you want to add to this conversation from a list of existing tags (Existing tags are the tags you added before for other conversations).
- Another alternative to add a tag: Sign in at slaask.com -> select the section “Conversations” -> click on “Add a tag” to any conversation.
- Note: You can add as many as tags you want to a conversation.
